in the kitchen

Nothing gives me more pleasure, other than my family of course, than cooking.  I don't get the time in the kitchen to prepare elaborate meals like I used to, but I am constantly trying to introduce new things to my family.  Preparing dinner every night can get pretty boring, so when I try something new I am always very excited.  When my picky little guy likes what I make I feel a small victory.

Good for you! I have switched to eating vegetarian so cooking has been a new challenge over here. But I am getting raves from my two carnivores so that is nice. Hope all is well.
